Service Description

At the far end of Kragerøskjærgården we find Jomfruland, a pearl facing the sea. Jomfruland offers a very special nature experience. Hvitveis blooming, oak forest, national park and much more.. We travel by bus to Kragerø where the ferry is waiting to take us out to wonderful Jomfruland. The first stop will be Haga Kystkafè, where we will be served delicious fish soup. The DNT Jomfruland guide meets us here after food and a guided adventure tour starts when you are ready. We experience beautiful Jomfruland with a national park, geology, art exhibition, open-air church, wonderful view from the old lighthouse, tower pond, pebble beaches, oak forest, local stories from past and present, and a rich plant and birdlife. After the round trip, we have one hour of free time before the ferry takes us back to the mainland and the bus back to home. On the ferry you can buy drinks, spreads and waffles if desired.
