Meaning of stripes in our company

1 Stripe

0-4 Years experience.

Newly qualified driver, assistant (low responsibility)

2 Stripes

5-9 Years experience.

Ordinary driver, ordinary work role

3 Stripes

10 Years experience or more.

Senior or lead driver - high experience, often with broad responsibilities
(e.g. tour guide, instructor or driver with many years of experience)

4 Stripes

Fleet owner.

Management role - driver manager or equivalent administrative position
